Admin role loses ITSI privileges
When the Splunk Add-on for MINT and Splunk IT Service Intelligence are installed on the same machine, your instance's admin role loses ITSI privileges. Avoid or fix this issue by manually add user appropriate ITSI privileges to the users that need them.
If you have trouble navigating to the drilldown page.
- Open the KPIs in a deep dive,
- Click the gear icon of any lane and enable Lane Overlay.
- Click anywhere on a lane where there's, and a link to the drilldown page opens.
- Click the link.
- On the drilldown page, you have access to all KPIs that have enabled drilldowns, sorted by tabs.
If you want to see all the drilldown tabs, enable this lane overlay for every single KPI.
