Troubleshoot Enterprise Managed Encryption Keys

If you encounter an encryption error, you might need to reset your encryption. Resetting your encryption deletes all of your Flow Models and Flows. Your tenant settings, such as proxy settings and registration information, remain the same. After you reset your encryption, you can enable EMEK encryption again.

Reset your encryption

Follow these steps to reset your encryption.

Verify that you are connected to your network.

Steps

  1. In SBF, click the gear icon.
  2. Click Settings.
  3. In Tenant Settings, click Reset Encryption under Metadata Encryption.
  4. Click Submit.
