Fixed issues

Version 8.1 of Splunk Stream fixes the following issues:

2022-06-01 STREAM-5170 SplunkStream process goes down when capturing certain communication data
2022-03-23 STREAM-4301, STREAM-4409 Windows: Capture stops with "pcap_loop returned error code -1 read error: PacketReceivePacket failed; network capture stopped" and isn't restarted
2021-12-21 STREAM-5036 Streamfwd process down when a specific protocol is specified on the Distributed Forwarder Management screen
