Fixed Issues in Splunk UBA

This version of Splunk UBA was released on October 17, 2019 and fixes the following issues.

2019-05-10 UBA-12384 Flannel containers are not able to run in some bare metal environments and errors are reported in /var/log/messages - Unable to allocate memory on node -1.
2019-04-24 UBA-11198 View filter & field mapping is incorrect in fileaccess_s cube
