Update your Splunk apps to use jQuery 3.5

Splunk app and add-on developers must revise apps and add-ons that use lower versions of jQuery. After validating that your apps or add-ons work with jQuery 3.5 in Splunk Enterprise 8.2 or later, resubmit your revised app for validation.
