Installation problems
- we do not support the Linux version of VC (VM version)
Configuration problems
Permission problems
- VC machine locks up
- permission erors in engine logs
Data problems
- gaps in data in views
- data not displaying the the dashboards
- data not being collect from all machines specified
If service accounts are not set up correctly on all VC's and ESX/i hosts data will not be collected from all of the identified resources. Validate the credentials using the procedure described in "Verify login credentials" in this manual.
