Generate API tokens for Splunk Add-on for Jira Cloud

Jira Cloud uses an API token to authenticate API calls.

You must have the proper permissions to generate API tokens. Follow the instructions at https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-api-tokens-for-your-atlassian-account/ to create your permissions and an API token, then make a copy of it to use later.
