Service Templates
New feature or enhancement
Description
Include Entities setting for service templates
The Include Entities setting is now available within service templates. The setting is set by the service you use to prepopulate your template. When enabled, entities can affect the health score due to the thresholding levels placed on the entity. Disable Include Entities if you want the KPI aggregate to determine the Service Health Score rather than a single entity. Changing this setting will affect all linked services. For more information, see Create a service template in ITSI.
