Release notes for the Splunk Add-on for EMC VNX

Version 1.2.0 of the Splunk Add-on for EMC VNX is compatible with:

Splunk platform versions	6.3 and above
CIM	3.0 and above
Platforms	Platform independent
Vendor Products	EMC VNX, VNX2 series

The field alias functionality is compatible with the current version of this add-on. The current version of this add-on does not support older field alias configurations.

New features

Version 1.2.0 of the Splunk Add-on for EMC VNX contains new extracted and calculated fields related with file mode and block mode to support the IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) Storage module.
