KPI reference for the Content Pack for Third-party APM

The Content Pack for Third-party APM includes Application Performance Services and End-User Experience Services. For each of these services, key performance indicators (KPIs) are used to help monitor the health of your applications, including an Application Performance Index (Apdex) score.

All parent and child services report up to the overall APM service at the top level.

The APM_App_Health service is not available for Dyna Trace.

APM_App_Apdex_Score Thresholds: A normal Apdex score ranks between 1.00 and 0.94, a low score ranks between 0.93 and 0.85, a medium score ranks between 0.84 and 0.70, a high score ranks between 0.69 and 0.49, and all scores ranking between 0.48 and zero are critical.
