Create a connection for the DSP Azure Event Hubs Connector with an SAS key
Use the Azure Event Hubs Connector using SAS keys to get data from an Event Hub namespace.
Before you can use any connector, you must create a connection.
- From the Data Management page, click on the Connections tab.
- Click Create New Connection.
- Choose the Azure Event Hubs Connector using SAS key connector.
- Click Next.
- Complete the following fields:
Field Description Name The connection name Description (Optional) A description of your connection Namespace name The name of the Azure Event Hubs namespace to read events SAS name The name of your shared access key SAS key The shared access signature key. Your shared access key must have listening privileges to the namespace Any credentials that you upload are transmitted securely by HTTPs, encrypted, and securely stored in a secrets manager.
- Click Save.
- (Optional) If you are editing a connection that's being used by an active pipeline, you must reactivate that pipeline after making your changes.
You can use your connection in a data pipeline.
