New features in Splunk IT Service Intelligence

Splunk IT Service Intelligence (ITSI) version 4.13.0 has these new and changed features.

Service Analyzer

New feature or enhancement Description
Custom KPI calculation windows You can now specify a custom KPI calculation window ranging from 1 minute to 24 hours. For more information, see Create custom calculation windows.
Automatically retire entities You can now select Retire Applicable Entities to automatically bulk retire entities identified for retirement by your entity management policies, so that you no longer have to manually retire entities. For more information, see Retire your entities.

Event Analytics

New feature or enhancement Description
Run time-based actions once toggle You can now limit time-based actions to run only once by enabling the Run Time-Based Actions Once toggle on the Notable Event Aggregation Policy lister page. For more information, see Activation criteria.

Dashboards

New feature or enhancement Description
Upgrade Readiness Dashboard You can now use the Upgrade Readiness Dashboard to view any potential errors in your system before upgrading to the latest version of ITSI. For more information, see Use the ITSI Upgrade Readiness Dashboard.
