Splunk Business Flow is no longer available for purchase as of June 20, 2020. Customers who have already purchased Business Flow will continue to have support and maintenance per standard support terms for the remainder of contractual commitments.

Report an issue to SBF

Follow these steps to report an issue to the Splunk Business Flow team:

  1. Type the following URL into your browser search bar: https://<YOURSPLUNKSERVER>/app/splunk-business-flow/diag
  2. (Optional) Download the logs associated with the report.
  3. (Optional) Preview the report content.
  4. (Optional) Type a comment about the issue.
  5. Click Send Report.
