Get to know the Flow Explore features
The Flow is your workspace in SBF to create visualizations, perform analysis, and view metrics. When you save a Flow you gain access to Filter Sets and Notifications. You can perform AB comparison testing, calculate Journey conversion rates, summarize metrics, and filter Journeys by attributes.
Feature | Definition |
---|---|
List | The List view feature allows users to drill down to specific Journeys by correlation ID. |
Flowchart | The Flowchart feature offers interactive filtering and shows the steps of the Flow. Use the properties panel to choose a flowchart layout, filter noise, and apply heat maps to the visualizations. |
Attributes | The Attributes Feature illustrates the breakdown of the attributes in the data. Use interactive filtering to filter the Flow Model by attribute. |
Conversion | The Conversion feature allows the user to view the conversion rate of customer Journeys. |
Metrics | Use the Metrics feature to view Journey metrics like average duration, count and conversion rates. |
AB comparison | Use the AB comparison feature to compare Journeys based on settings like time, step, duration. AB comparison applies to the following features: flowchart, conversion, attributes, list, and metrics |
Filter | Filter the data in the Explore by step, top cluster, time, or step pattern. |
Filter Sets
A Filter Set is a collection of filters you applied to your Flow.
Notifications
In SBF, you can create Notifications for your Filter Sets. Receive a Notification when the number or percentage of Journeys in your Filter Set meets your defined trigger conditions. You can create up to two Notifications per Filter Set. In the Notifications page, you can view the Journeys that triggered the Notification, and see the associated Filter Set and Flow. Enable email Notifications to receive an update when a change in Journeys triggers a Notification in your Filter Set.
