Use Splunk User Behavior Analytics

Change user profile settings in Splunk UBA

You can customize settings associated with your Splunk UBA user account profile.

Set your time zone

Choose the time zone in which you view events, anomalies, and threats.

  1. Select your username from the menu.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Select Preferences.
  4. Select a Time Zone of UTC or Local. The local time zone is detected based on your web browser settings.
  5. Click OK to save.

Adjust the contrast for better accessibility

Increase the contrast of Splunk UBA for better accessibility.

  1. Select your username from the menu.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Select Preferences.
  4. Select Increase contrast for better accessibility.
  5. Click OK.

Change your password

Change your account password. Passwords must be at least 8 characters long, contain at least one uppercase letter, one number, and one special character.

  1. Select your username from the menu.
  2. Click Profile.
  3. Select Password.
  4. Type your current password.
  5. Type a new password, and type it again to confirm it.
  6. Click OK to save.
