This integration is compatible with the following versions of Splunk On-Call:

Growth
Enterprise
Splunk On-Call configuration 🔗
From the Splunk On-Call web portal select Integrations, CloudWisdom. Select the CloudWisdom integration and copy the Service API Endpoint to your clipboard.
Make sure to add the appropriate Routing Key to the end of the URL. For more information on routing keys or instructions on creating a new one, see Create Routing Keys in Splunk On-Call.
CloudWisdom configuration 🔗
Follow these steps to configure CloudWisdom for Splunk On-Call.
Create a Splunk On-Call webhook notification 🔗
Navigate to User Settings, Notifications.
Select the Webhook tab.
Select Add Webhook.
Complete the following fields:
Name: Names the Notification
Enabled: Indicates notification is active
URL (found in Splunk On-Call)
Username (Optional)
Password (Optional)
Header (Optional)
Payload: Can be a default or custom template
Select Test and Save.
Apply notification to a policy 🔗
Navigate to Monitoring, Alerts.
Select + New Policy or edit an existing one. A dialog appears.
Complete the policy’s Scope and Conditions.
Navigate to Notifications, Add Notification.
Select Webhook as the notification type.
Select the Splunk On-Call webhook notification you created.
Complete the policy configuration and save.
